Lunch

Chunky tuna salad on wheat bulkie roll

I don't measure.....

2 cans tuna
chopped celery...I like a lot
chopped raw carrots
1/4 chopped red onion
handful chopped nuts (today I had cashews)
2 spoonfuls chilled, pureed butternut squash (I made a lot, so I decided to throw it in!)
mayo
pepper
Adobo seasoning

*you can add almost anything....I love it crunchy!

mix tuna and Adobo (or any spice to take away the fishy taste)....add everything EXCEPT mayo and pepper....mix....add mayo to desired texture....last add some pepper.
Serve on roll or salad.....yummy!!
