9 cups rice chex
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- Measure cereal into large bowl, set aside.
- Put chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave (uncovered) for 1 min on high; stir; another 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until coated.
- Pour into 2 gallon plastic bag
- Add powdered sugar into bag, seal, shake until well coated.
- Spread on waxed paper to cool
- Store in sealed container in refrigerator.
cake balls...
1 package chocolate cake mix
1 container prepared chocolate frosting
1 pkg almond bark- white chocolate flavor
- Bake cake according to package
- When cake is done, crumble while warm into a large bowl, and stir in the frosting until well blended.
- Use a spoon to form balls of the chocolate cake mixture, put on waxed paper and chill in refrigerator.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Dip the balls in chocolate using a toothpick or fork to hold them.
- Place on waxed paper and back to refrigerator to set.

I think I just gained 5 lbs.
I'm going to make the chex mix stuff for our hs group's party this week. I could have sat and ate that all day!
